Bright Ideas workshops have been specifically designed for creatives.
They are currently held online over Zoom, and a link will be sent out to those who register by clicking on the dates below.
Our sessions teach artists, performers and producers the fundamentals of project planning, funding, marketing and business. By getting these things in order, you can reduce your load and invest more time into your art. They are also a great opportunity to collaborate and meet other members of the arts community.
Bright Ideas runs grant applications twice a year to support creative projects by University of Sydney Union members. Grants form part of a wider program that also provides 1:1 mentoring and group sessions. You don’t have to wait until March, register your interest now or join our mailing list below for important updates!
If you need someone to talk over your plans with, we’re here to help. Those who have been approved for grants will have access to regular meetings where they can seek advice on everything from project and event management to marketing and business basics.
One-off sessions are available to all USU members (subject to availability) and can be arranged by email.
You can use the INCUBATE contact form to send us an email, just mention you are enquiring about Bright Ideas.
