INCUBATE Launch Night

INCUBATE: Fostering Sydney University Entrepreneurs

20 September, 5.30pm arrival for a 6pm start – New Law Foyer

Don’t miss the launch of INCUBATE – the University of Sydney Union’s new program that helps Sydney University entrepreneurs get their ideas off the ground.

INCUBATE is the first startup development program available to Sydney University students, researchers and recent alumni.

Provided by the University of Sydney Union, INCUBATE will foster a proactive community of entrepreneurs, provide professional mentoring and fund four high-potential startup projects.

To celebrate the launch of INCUBATE, the University of Sydney Union is hosting a panel of distinguished Australian startup founders* who will discuss the innovation shift from Silicon Valley to other global centres created by new technologies and the opportunities this presents to young Australian entrepreneurs.

The event will feature a mini ‘elevator-pitch’ session by selected students, an opportunity for audience Q&A and will be followed by an informal networking session over drinks.

RSVPs have closed.

  • Matt Barrie, CEO Freelancer.com
  • Nikki Durkin, Co-founder 99Dresses
